We stand behind all of our products and giving you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If you have any issues with your product and you are not happy with it  then email us at: hisandhersoap@gmail.com.   We will be happy to replace it with an item of equal value or give you your money back.  Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order any time prior to your order shipping. We will process your request and issue a refund within 3-5 business days.

Backorders:

We very rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we may hold your order if we expect that our product/s will be ready to ship within 5 business days. If not, we will promptly refund your money.
