Do to the nature of personal care products (hygiene and safety reasons), we do not accept returned items or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to find a resolution.
You can cancel your order any time prior to your order shipping. We will process your request and issue a refund within 3-5 business days.
We very rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we may hold your order if we expect that our product/s will be ready to ship within 5 business days. If not, we will promptly refund your money.
